You will need comfortable, casual clothing and shoes. Bring a sweater, jacket, or windbreaker, and your umbrella. Pack personal hygiene items like towels, flip-flops, shampoo, and soap.
Bring a sleeping bag or full-size bed linens, including sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and a blanket. Also, remember a flashlight, medicine, medical supplies, dietary items, and your CPAP machine.
Place medication containers in a Ziploc bag labeled with your name and schedule and give them to a team member. Inform your sponsor of any dietary needs or allergies.
To prepare mentally and spiritually, avoid interruptions during the weekend. Just so you know, emergencies will be handled by your sponsor, who will have the necessary contact numbers.
Leave the following items at home or with your sponsor:

· Computers / Laptops
· Smart Watches
· Other Electronics
Your sponsor will arrange transportation for Thursday evening and your return on Sunday evening. Ensure you can attend without conflicts; notify your sponsor immediately if you can't. If you know any short, clean, funny jokes, bring them to share with others, and get ready for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
