TEAR DOWN – 3 hours (Starts after noon on Sunday - camp staff clean-up camp) ***Need support clearing out all supplies, tables, bins returned to sheds (10 people).

Making beds, organizing, putting things together, distributing agape, 4th-day folders, pilgrim letters, and supporting Candlelight/Saturday Dinner.
POSTION BREAKDOWN:
1. CLEAN UP (Setup/Move book table from conference room to dining hall for closing)
2. FINAL CLEAN-UP and PACK-UP
3. LUGGAGE & BEDMAKING Thursday evenings (If the sponsor wants to help with their pilgrim.)
4. PHOTO Friday morning/afternoon
5. AGAPE on beds, in the conference room
6. BANQUET SERVERS (Need 5-7) (i.e., white long- sleeve button down shirts, black slacks (bow ties provided)
7. Prepare for Communium (i.e. bread/juice)
8. DEVOTIONAL - Daily during the walk/and 72 hour prayer vigil.
Food Prep & Service: Cooking and serving all meals, preparing snacks, and organizing the serving line.
Kitchen Management: Receiving and storing food, managing inventory, maintaining strict hygiene standards, and coordinating with camp staff.
Dining Room Setup: Arranging tables, preparing coffee/drinks, and creating an inviting atmosphere.
Cleanup: Washing dishes, cleaning the dining area after meals, and returning the kitchen to its original state on Sunday.
Flexibility & Support: Helping with other tasks as directed, such as setting up for candlelight, managing trash, and providing emotional/spiritual support to the team
The Walk to Emmaus prayer team, or prayer vigil, is a crucial 72-hour, 24/7 prayer covering for the pilgrims and staff. Volunteers sign up for 30-minute slots to pray for the Holy Spirit to guide the weekend, protect the team, and open the hearts of participants.
Key Aspects of the Prayer Team:
Purpose: To wrap the entire event in prayer, focusing on the spiritual transformation of participants.
Focus Areas: Prayers are requested for pilgrims (especially those hesitant or struggling), team members, table leaders, speakers, cooks, and for the "Agape" (love) gifts.
