SETUP/TEARDOWN TEAM - CONTACT KEVIN PARNELL
SET UP ~ 6 hours- unload Emmaus supplies, clean up & set up camp (Noon Thursday before Walk until finished)
1. Unload kitchen food - Tuesday, 3 PM time is less than 2 hours
· CLEAN UP – 3 hours (Starts after noon on Sunday - haul luggage to dining hall, clean-up camp) ***IMPORTANT: NEED VOLUNTEERS TO CARRY BINS TO THE TRAILERS. (10 people).
· REGISTRATION: Thursday arrival
CONFERENCE ROOM TEAM is called directly to serve by the Walk Lay Director
AGAPE TEAM - CONTACT CHERYL BOHANNAN
Making beds, organizing, putting things together, distributing agape, 4th-day folders, pilgrim letters, and supporting Candlelight/Saturday Dinner.
1. CLEAN UP (Move conference room items (Book Table) to dining hall during part of closing)
2. FINAL CLEAN-UP and PACK-UP (TBD)
3. LUGGAGE & BEDMAKING Thursday evenings (If the sponsor wants to help with their pilgrim.
4. PHOTO Friday morning/afternoon
5. Please agape on beds, in the conference room
6. BANQUET SERVERS (Need 7-9) (i.e., white long-sleeve button down shirts, black slacks (bow ties provided)
KITCHEN TEAM - CONTACT JESSICA CHARLSON
1. Breakfast Prepare and Clean Up (6:30 am)
2. Lunch: Finish Prep and Clean Up
3. Dinner on Friday: Food Serve, Clean Up, Prepare for Breakfast
4. Dinner on Saturday: Finish Prep and Clean Up, Prepare for Breakfast
5. DESSERTS FOR MEALS
6. Friday, Saturday, Sunday Lunch
7. Friday and Saturday Dinner

Pray, prepare, and support for sponsors hour
Remain open throughout the walk as needed / note on door from 10 PM – 6 AM for response.
CANDLELIGHT CONSISTS OF 3 PRIMARY ROLES
1. Clergy Role
2. Saturday evening /Prep for Candlelight (i.e. hand candles, luminaries, prep room, instructions)
3. Leader for the evening event.
BE A RUNNERS FOR THE DAY: Pick up supplies, in the background, run errands.
