Sponsors are invited to prayerfully consider supporting a pilgrim on their upcoming Walk to Emmaus weekend. This three-day experience provides a chance to deepen faith, grow in the relationship with Jesus Christ, and discern how God calls individuals to serve in their homes, churches, and communities.

Sponsorship is more than just financial support. It is an act of agape, expressing love and support for the pilgrim throughout their journey. As a sponsor, you are:

• Praying for your pilgrim before, during, and after the weekend.

• Providing practical assistance, such as arranging transportation and ensuring their family is cared for during their absence.

• Encouraging and supporting their "Fourth Day" journey, helping them connect with the Emmaus community and become active disciples of Christ.

• Embody the community's commitment to each pilgrim by demonstrating love and support through your presence at Send-off, Candlelight, and Closing.

By sponsoring a pilgrim, spiritual growth is invested in, and the vital work of building up the body of Christ is contributed to. Individuals are helped to become more enthusiastic disciples, bringing new life and vision to their churches and the world around them.
